I am not sure motkr there is an easier way to do it. The two P-channel mosfet will be driven by transistors. In general you want a MOSFET that has a low Rdson and switches fast at the available triggervoltage 5volt with ttl and ofcourse can take the voltage and current it will be exposed to.

Normally the impedance of a FET is high enough to not lose any signal over that resistor. See the reference below:
