I called the Xerox Customer Service and was told I would receive another printer in days. The printer delivers really good quality prints and text, maybe a bit slow getting going but then again most laser printers are from “start up”. I need power and lots of it. I have had the unit for less than 2 months. I bought it from office works.

The printer is meant to Airprint but can’t pick up the Wifi.
In both operating systems the Fuji Xerox installed drivers quickly and without hassle, and we didn’t see anything glaring missing from maintenance or toner management options — important when the printer doesn’t have a screen to monitor everything.
When I received nothing after 10 days I again phoned the customer service and was told it would arrive the very next day, which it didn’t.
You get what you pay for. I have significantly upgraded my opinion. I have just sent an email to Xerox I am in Hong Kong to see if they can remedy the situation, but I’m completely fine sending ptinter unit back and getting something else.
Anyone with an idea as to overcome this for multiple page prints.
This printer had one of the simplest set-ups I have ever had with a printer. The problem is that the unit has trouble picking up c105b paper or envelope from the paper tray. Very frustrating to use. I bought it from office works. I was in two minds about purchasing this printer having read “terrible” review.
We thought colour graphics occasionally looked posterised and grainy, but for a professional document they’re acceptable. I got a brand new router and NBN intetnet.
Write a review on ProductReview. Once the printer gets up to speed you can expect a colour page every ten seconds or so, so longer print runs at normal printing quality have an average colour printing speed of just under six pages pfinter minute.
The Fuji Xerox DocuPrint CPb would make a good printer for a small office or home business that doesn’t need multifunction capabilities like copying or scanning.
It has been 4 years, no problems so far. Hi, how to take out paper jams inside this printer? Cons Slow first page out time Colour print quality could be better.
Would you buy this? Fantastic value for money from Office Works.
I again phoned the supervisor who confirmed that the printer was not new, but he would replace it with a different model, not a new model though.
PS replacement cartridges worked out expensive as printer failed before empty. Sign up to gain exclusive access rpinter email subscriptions, event invitations, competitions, giveaways, and much more. After at least four more phone calls and being told a different story each time, I asked to speak to the supervisor who did apologise for the ‘stories’ the staff had told me.
Paper is outputted through the DocuPrint CPb’s top, but you can only fit sheets in the output tray at once. The Fuji Xerox DocuPrint CPb is a cheap printer that would be well suited to a small business or home office with small to moderate printing needs. A corner of the jammed page tore off and becxame jammed in the machine and there is no avenue to retrieve the paper. Companies can’t alter or remove reviews from ProductReview.
I did not chuck the machine, I stuck with it vuji managed to get it going again. It’s not fast to get the first page out but after that it’s able to produce good quality text and acceptable colour at a reasonable pace. Verified Purchase Date Purchased: Pros Low initial cost Good black text quality.
Replacement toner cartridges for the Fuji Xerox DocuPrint CPb — there are four, for black, cyan, magenta and yellow — can be bought from online or retail stores for acceptably low prices, although more expensive printers still have cheaper cartridges overall. It doesn’t even have the two-line LCD screen of the DocuPrint CP so you’re forced to do all printer configuration and maintenance through Fuji Xerox’s printer driver.
